Likers, you can now access LIKE in a permissionless and frictionless way with our first DEX listing of LIKE on Osmosis. For instance, You can swap LIKE to different listed tokens on Osmosis (or vice versa), including USD stablecoin — UST. You can even participate in incentivized LIKE liquidity pools to earn extra rewards. Simply get Keplr wallet installed, add the LikeCoin chain to your wallet then you are good to go.
Osmosis — the first Cosmos-based AMM DEX
Osmosis is the first Cosmos-based AMM (automated market maker) DEX inspired by outstanding examples like Balancer, Uniswap and Curve Finance.
And Osmosis is specifically designed to be cross-chain native. After integrating native Cosmos assets like LikeCoin, Osmosis will integrate with other chains, including Ethereum-based ERC20s and various chains, including Bitcoin-like chains. The future swapping BTC or ETH to LIKE is yet to come.
LikeCoin officially part of the “IBC gangs”
Thanks to you and the rest of the community for supporting the LikeCoin IBC (Inter Blockchain Communication) proposal and the hard work that the Liker Land team put into for a successful technical upgrade.
LikeCoin is currently one of the 18 most active IBC projects in the Cosmos ecosystem and started to reveal its value to the rest of the community.
Participate in LikeCoin liquidity pool and obtain considerable returns
In the past weekend, the Osmosis community passed Proposal #51, confirming that it will reward ATOM/LIKE, LIKE/OSMO liquidity providers for their contributions and reward them in OSMO tokens. That also means users who deposit assets to the LIKE Liquidity Pools will obtain a considerable return of more than 100% APY. And the process for earning these liquidity incentives is known as liquidity mining.
