- Helped Micheal to fix Civic Liker LIKE sending delayed issue in the like-jedi service
- Found and fixed some bug in API which might prevent users with previously blacklisted domain to register via Authcore/Matters
- Discovered some performance issue on Cosmos API endpoint for getting address info and validator status, which might affect Liker Land app, solved by using micro cache 1 second for now
- Implemented GitHub action for automated app release building in GitHub, now we can push a new app version to Google Play and iTunes just by tagging in Github
This week:
- Will discuss with tech re how to implement features request mentioned, sending LIKE to not-yet registered users and issue of Matters in Liker Land app
- Will continue to look for how to use typescript and graphql

- Civic Liker no.: 1037, decreased momentum comparing with the previous week
- New user registration via LikeCoin button: keeping registration completion rate at 8%
- the reason for the drop between AuthCoreDialogLoaded and AuthCoreSignin Success is still unknown (-44.8%), need to be found out asap, IE 11 issue though minor but still remain unresolved. It is supposed to have an update early next week according to Authcore team.
- Civic Liker registration on Liker.land: first step click rate drop to a historical low (7.4%, ave 17.58%, last week 10.7%). Please consider to put the UI design enhancement of liker.land/civic to higher priority besides app development.
- No change for daily active Likers/Civic Likers number
- Civic Liker membership benefits: contacted 11 bookstores, 8 replied, 5 would join the alliance, 2 rejected
- Finished a new animation video for media promotion, will replace the old one this week
- Following up with Tina for the promotion video
- Has reached a consent with our helper about upcoming regular Chinese/English newsletter/FB/Twitter task arrangement

- Will prepare the campaign around CNY
